Robert Schuster

Board of Directors, President, and CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of AQuarius Power, Inc., Robert has over 30 years of experience in introducing leading-edge products and technologies into the marketplace. Early in his career, Schuster worked for Fortune 500 companies including Fairchild, GE, and Vishay introducing cutting edge semiconductor products to the market while overseeing manufacturing operations that included consolidating manufacturing facilities, restructuring operations, and introducing MRP and ISO9000 systems. He then started up his own manufacturing company, which was later sold to Ericsson. Schuster next entered the telecom infrastructure industry, where he assisted in building the first cellular network in India. Following the cellular network’s successful launch, he pursued and secured his own national telecom license and founded a national telecom provider. Through his creativity and perseverance, Robert drove this green field company to profitability in India despite the country undergoing hyperinflation, devaluation of currency, and a civil war.

Robert has a proven record of driving green field companies to profitability. He has successfully introduced over 15 leading-edge components, products, and services into the marketplace. He founded and/or managed no less than five component and box-build manufacturing plants in four countries, and has designed and/or built four telecom infrastructure projects (companies) in developing countries. Robert’s unique skill set and experiences will serve as invaluable tools in bringing AQuarius’s innovative energy technology to market in an efficient and profitable manner. Robert has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and served in the US Navy.


Robert “Rob” Musemeche

Board of Directors, General Counsel

As general counsel, Robert Musemeche is responsible for developing, organizing, and directing AQuarius Power, Inc.’s legal functions and corporate governance. He has dedicated his legal career of over 30 years to providing strategic counsel, litigation services, and innovative advice to corporate, governmental, and individual clients. Robert has successfully arbitrated and litigated legal disputes in federal and state courts across the country. A native of Houston, Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from South Texas College of Law – Houston, where he wrote the legal brief for the winning team in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. As a member of the Texas Bar Association, Robert is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.


Alan Seid

Business Development – East Asia and Asia-Pacific Island Communities

Alan Seid has held several senior governmental positions in the Asia-Pacific Island region, including Senator for Palau, President of APPU (Asia Pacific Parliamentary Union), and Director of the Board of the APIL (Association of Pacific Islands Legislatures). Alan brings a wealth of knowledge to AQuarius and the ability to work with various organizations in order to develop business opportunities. Alan worked closely with governmental, financial, and private sector institutions to assist in community development and to ensure the preservation of the region’s natural beauty for generations to come.


Ajay Parmar

Business Development – South Asia and Africa

A seasoned business development veteran with experience in multiple verticals around the world, Ajay Parmar is a highly accomplished, creative marketing professional specializing in global public relation strategies with a 25 year track record of success in international trade, franchise consultancy, new business development, global sales, marketing, and product branding. Ajay has held senior marketing positions for companies such as IWICS, a leading edge telecommunication system provider, Center of Gravity Engineering Solutions, Inc., and Sunclare India Pvt ltd (an Oberois family owned company). Before moving to Los Angeles in 2001, Ajay previously resided and worked in India, the Middle East, Mauritius, New Zealand, and Australia. A credentialed corporate lawyer, Ajay has a Master’s Degree in International Politics.
